It looks like you are correct. I had two roosters that got it. Living on the Gulf Coast mosquitoes are the size of rats. They were already in a bachelor pad, so I didn't need to isolate them. But I just added vitamins, electrolytes and probiotics to their water and let it run its course. It took about 3 weeks. They are fine now.
