Dry sharp skin on chicken - pictures included

Hi all i posted the above last week and upon inspection tonight I've managed to take a detailed picture of her side. What could this be?!!
It's very sharp and scaly and she is constantly picking at her skin now. It's wet as I covered it in coconut oil to try and soften it.

There has been some improvement in her face which is a bonus and none of the other chickens seem to be affected.

Any help would be great... thanks

It looks like lesions or blisters or something, maybe she's allergic to something.
Does she appear to be in pain? I'm sure that's uncomfortable.

There is nothing we have changed in her diet & the only change we have made is adding wood chippings to the run, (4-5 weeks ago) could it have perhaps be sap? None of the other girls are affected

She constantly grooms her chest now and I don't think that is helping.

She eats and drinks fine and still wanders with her friends but seems to not enjoy the recent cold weather and snow.

I have no clue, she could have always been allergic,though I think an allergy would be a rash and not lesions.

It's stumping me, I have looked everywhere for images, remedies & nothing is coming up.
I'm at a loss, I hope it sorts it self out soon.
Can chickens have antihistamines just incase
