Drying times between incubators

We just got done with our 2nd hatch of the year (well ever). The 1st hatch was done in a forced air, and this one was done in a still air. The chicks in this batch did want to dry, while the 1st batch dried much faster. Is this normal, or does it have more to due with the humidity. I am just a begineer and trying to learn.

Not wet anymore, but still slightly damp when I got home from work.
