Dual purpose plans

I currently have a mix of breeds, mostly barred rock RIR and rhode island whites. My plan is to breed these with my RIR roosters since I will be able to sex each easier, with that being the case i plan to raise the cockerels for meat purposes rather than just cull them. Does anyone have any knowledge on what kind of weight these would have around the 20 week mark?

I have a 20 week old buff orpington/barred rock cross cockerel.
Live weight he's probably 5 pounds
I'm going to wait until 24 weeks to butcher him.
