That is a real cutie, I agree! Caught my eye right away in the swarm of assorted bantams. Panda loves her new friend. They're best buds now.

Oh, boy. The new wing feathers on my little blue Cochin banty are coming in FRIZZLED! NO!

Bet its a cockerel, too, dang it, LOL. I dont like frizzles...not at all!

I hope for your sake it's not a double frizzle. I have one and the poor thing can't keep wing or tail feathers to save his life. We bought him from Atwoods who gets their chicks from Ideal (I'm not saying all of their frizzle stock is double frizz, but the potential is there to end up with one).

Well, Tara, I hope this one isn't a frazzled frizzle! If I'm going to have one, I want it to be a good example. It does have pretty decent foot feathering, I must say.

Panda is just the cutest thing. I wont remove her buddy. I did get her another one last week, a GLW pullet chick. That is, pullet IF Ideal isn't putting in their extra roosters and calling it sexing mistakes. Seems I have one New Hampshire that is looking a bit roo-ish out of the three sexed pullets I got. If so, Im going to complain to the feedstore owner and I know she'll fuss them out. There are way too many cockerels in the sexed pullets, much more than the 10% margin of error.
