D'Uccle has broken(?) toe?

My very shy d'uccle rooster has been walking like someone would walk when they are wearing one high heel. Then he sits down really fast, like someone plopping down on the couch. I looked at his foot tonight and his little toe is bent under his foot. I had this problem with a chick but everything straightened out once she grew up. I have found that d'Uccles are prone to foot problems but nothing this serious. I can't tell if it is broken but it is twisted, fractured maybe? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

That's really cool software! I'll have to try it. He is walking on his tiptoes with both feet now, arthritis maybe?

Also, just to add to my first post: Our goats were out of their pen when I noticed this, so maybe they stepped on his foot?
Thanks for trying! If you think it's arthritis, then you can check other symptoms of arthritis(based on this software, there are 5 symptoms of arthritis). If all five symptoms are match, then it's probably arthritis.
