D'Uccle Mille fleur breed standards

I've bought some d'uccle Mille fleur chickens and they have hatched a couple of chicks. I was wondering what traits the breed is supposed to have. I'm planning on showing them in the fair. All of my hens are lightly colored, but I heard from a friend that their supposed to be dark colored. Is this true? Also, is Mille fluer a color or not?
