he's my Miracle Man: mother had prolapsed 2x and still lays viable eggs, father had contracted and survived a disease that took 3 other chickens. I expect Miracle to be very hale. He hatched in may, mother was a buff orpington and father was white (sort of columbian colored) belgian d'uccle. haven't heard him crow yet so i can't say how it sounds. he is free to good home, will not ship, but willing to travel up to an hour from Woodstown, NJ, to meet up.

Just because he survived a disease doesnt mean hes cure and not a carrier your better off eating him then possibly infecting someone elses flock with a hidden disease
