A robin won't attack me if I look an pick up the baby will it? ( I can't find the baby I'm looking an I researched that its ok to pick it up the parents won't abandon it)

I don't know. I'd think if the parent knew the baby was there it would be with it. I had a friend that found a baby bird abandoned and she nursed it back to health and let it go when it could fly. Maybe you should at least give it some food.
