Report it to a mod. Seriously, they will take care of it and they need to know when people see stuff like this. Next time you see it, copy the link, and send it to a mod. I have done it before and never seen the inappropriate adds again. They can't control what we see though as google ads (the supplier of the adds) posts whatever it wants.
