Those are uncomfortable! Make sure you keep them on as often as you can no matter how bad it hurts.. You'll be over with them faster!
I just got an appliance that goes under my tongue, it's a bit uncomfortable and it makes me slur my words

Oh my gosh! My dog just got bit by another dog, and now has a big "hole" on his cheek. Broke the skin, but not to bad. My poor puppy!
