Still doesn't change how much of a pain they were though... I was always afraid to eat when we went to parties and stuff because food would catch in them.

Ya I have a band that i have to wear as much as i can to straighten the one side of my mouth.. not fun but as you say it will be worth it in the end!

One time I had to have two rubber bands right in the front of my mouth. I had to shape them into a square, with one on each side of my front teeth. That was awful! It made it hard to talk, and because they were stretched so right, they would snap if I laughed, sneezed, coughed, etc. I had to wear them like that to pull my top teeth down.

That kinda stinks. :/ Oh, wanna know what was worse? I had someone from our Mexico Missions Team bust her braces in Mexico!
