Aww that sucks... I have read on here that there are ways to snap broody hens out of broody mood. You could always research it!

My chickens are doing great! One of my chicks ended up being a cockerel though Im going to try and keep him and see how it goes. It depends on how well my youngest rooster Rodney does with him. Because Rodney will be having his own flock with the new chicks and Sunni (the new cockerel) will be part of the flock too. Hopefully I can keep him! I've only ever had RIR roosters, so I'm excited that I might be able to have a BO rooster for once

Yeah! I also have to convince my mom to let me try and keep him :/ my dads all for it, but my mom... She's pretty much against the idea. She thinks I can't handle another rooster.
