Duchess County Rules for Fowl in property

I am brand new here. I am looking into getting a house in the Duchess County, specifically in the Poughkeepsie, Haviland area. However, I cannot find any rules/regulations for chicken/ducks, etc. Is there someone who is in the area who can point me in the right direction? Or at least let me know if they are allowed? I would really appreciate it!

Check with the Dutchess County, NY Planning and Development. They will know what the rules are.
