my ducks have all there feathers but there not but about 8 weeks old maybe 9 should they have there drake feather by now if they are drakes. they all have flat tails?

No they still have 1 more molt to do yet. You will find in a week or so they will molt their teenage feathers so to speak and their adult fathers will come on. My drakes were born mid Jan, have done their molt and their drake feathers are just starting to curl.
