I have ducks and chickens on the same feed I wondering what to use when they start laying eggs. I don’t want to give them different feed. Any suggestions on what to give them all

"All Flock" or "Grower/Finisher" and let them "free choice" oyster shell for your layers. When to put the Oyster shell out is the subject of some disagreement, but as soon as 16 weeks if you have breeds that start to pop out eggs early, and not later than after the first bird starts laying.

I have them on all flock but the local feed mill said there isn’t enough calcium in the feed for when they start laying

I feed a Non-medicated Starter-Grower or All-flock to my 4 hens with Oyster Shells separately. Eggs collected past 5 days. 20200616_072207.jpg . All have good shells.
I offer Oyster Shells separately after 16 weeks old.

I offer Poultry Grit "Granite" after 7 weeks.
You don't want them substituting Shells for Grit. GC
