Duck beak is quivering?

This is my duck Waddlez. Lately i’ve been noticing when she is sleeping or laying down her beak moves or like quivers? It’s not cold right now so idk why she’s doing this! Can anyone let me know why she’s doing this?

Not really, it’s pretty windy today and there is sun but not cold or hot

That’s panting. Sometimes even when it’s not that hot at all to us, they’ll get hot. Totally normal and nothing to worry about as long has she has some shade and water to get in
