I came home from work and my duck beak looked like this? Any idea of what could’ve happened? I put some ointment on it.

Should heal, looks like it was scraped on a rock trying to get a bug or something out from under it.

I have no idea! I am going to look around and make sure there’s nothing poking on in their coop or something where she could’ve scrape herself

She possibly scraped it on the wires of her coop, perhaps putting her bill through to get a bug.
