Lately our female has been getting louder when we're outside, and she constantly puffs her feathers and settles them again. She never used to do this. Anybody have any idea what she's doing?

Also, whats with all this head bobbing while they swim in the pond?

That is courting behavior!

Definantly courting behavior! And sounds like she is upset. My girls get upset alot when spring comes around because all the young drakes are doing their thing constantly and the girls get peeved at being chased.
