duck bleeding out of ear

Help my female pekin duck is bleeding from her ear i was able to clean her off and clean the cuts off but i dont know what it is i just got rid of the bugs she had all over and now this can any of you please help me

She could have an infection - I would get her on antibiotics, duramycin-10 if you can find it - feed stores often carry that.

I would keep her where it is relatively warm, too, till she's on the mend. Although in some cases separation is so difficult for them, I would rather she be a little cool but content.

Try giving her a lukewarm bath so she can wash off really well.

If you can get her to a vet, I would do that.

You may also want to gently dribble some Vetericyn liquid or saline solution down over the ear as topical antibiotic.
