duck breathing funny?

Ruby started breathing like this today, anyone know if i should be concerned? She isnt hot so its not panting.

Your video did not load for me. Panting is usually caused by too much heat, would you set the duckling in a basket and keep her at room temp for a bit and see if the panting stops?
