The hens are definitely smaller than the drake. Only the runner is bigger than him. No way are they Rouen, they are TINY. Maybe 1-2# I think they are call too, either blue fawn or khaki based on google images. They do not have the dark brown tick marks at all like in your picture. They also have no blue feathers whatsoever.

They are not Calls - likely some sort of mix.
