Does anyone know what breed these ducks are? They are both same age and the same age as they chicks they are with. The little one is like a off colored Rouen but it’s also smaller than the rouens I had in the past. The gray one is massive. They were gray and yellow when I bought them and I thought I was buying two ducklings of the same breed.

The big gray one is a Pekin cross of some sort. I used to have one that looked exactly like him years ago. Not sure on the smaller one!

Duck crosses can have a variety of looks. They sometimes mimic the looks of other breeds. Where did you get them? Is it likely they are mixed breeds?

I would guess them to be hatchery breeds then. I am not completely familiar with either one, but maybe bibbed blue swedish for the larger one and.not sure if a domestic mallard could be colored like that for the smaller one.
