Duck breeds ... Omg how fast they grow

How fast ducks grow ... only 2 weeks old and they are 3x the size of my chicks.
Still not 100% on the breed but the little one is definitely different to the others

The two larger splotched ones are probably ancona. I think the yellow ones are probably buff orpingtons, but they might be something else entirely (I don't own that breed and they vary a bit by hatchery. Also, hard to tell their stance what with them standing on a sloped surface) The little one should be call; I can't think of any other reason for his bill to look like that. If he was a runt, it would be longer.

Yellow one standing in the back has a bill shaped like a Runner. They are all adorable. Wasn't one hatched quite a bit later than the rest? Is that the small one?
