Hi Everyone, I have a domestic duck that was attacked or stepped on by my donkey. I have been missing chickens and another duck and one of my cats has been injured too. I think I have a critter....
anyways....my duck with the broken leg is in the house in my bathtub. I have splinted his leg, the first 3 days his poop was brown and normal. NOW ... it is BRIGHT green. At first I thought is was because the vet wrap on his leg is green and I thought maybe he was mouthing it, but.... it has gone on for 2 days now and he is not interested in his food.
I do not want to lose this guy.....
ANYONE have any ideas?????
I know it could be diet, but I have not changed his diet. They have been eating grains and fowl crumbles. I have been raising chicken and ducks for years, but have not run across this kind of bright green poop. I can post pics if necessary.-OH..it is not diarrhea. It is still solid.
