Hello once again, Werburga has me back with more questions. I brought her out today for her swim while I changed out her old bedding. Long story short, nothing eventful happened, but once I was bringing her inside I noticed a red mark on her beak, then what appeared to be a grayish-green bit of swelling. (Please see attached images) I assume it's a nasty bruise, but I have no clue as to the possible cause. Our chickens were roaming around, so she *may* have had a confrontation with a curious hen...
Is this something to be concerned about? She's drinking and eating fine, but still pants heavily often- though, once we take her out of her enclosure and let her walk around, she's fine. I love her a bunch, but she's beginning to worry me
Please do let me know what you think
