I'm thinking her temporary paralysis was caused from being egg bound. Give her Oyster shell in a separate dish. What happens is the sciatic nerve can get pinched.

I did not know that! - Would a pinched sciatic nerve cause her to cramp both legs backwards?
And yes, a good calcium supply is essential for a laying duck.

Yes...Reproductive disorders are common unfortunately.
Not over feeding feed that's high in protein and treats plus lots of room to roam helps keep them from getting too fat.

Forget about the charcoal, she has already begun to dispose of whatever toxin she swallowed through her kidneys. Just continue what you are doing, keep her well hydrated, make sure that she eats and poops.
Good sign that she laid an egg, she is clearly coming around.
Still no clue what was causing this. Do you have any poisonous caterpillars around in OK?

She’s eating and drinking great.
I can’t think of anything that could be causing this.We have a lot of IO caterpillars, but I only ever see them late spring through summer. Doesn’t mean there’s not any early ones.

She gets constant crushed egg shells with her feed, but I’ll add some more.
