Duck can't eat because he can't close his mouth

My duck can't close his mouth to eat. Looked inside nothing even gave him some Benadryl last night.

It may not be the same at all but I keep wondering if mine tried to eat a wasp or bee? I think the benadryl was a good idea.

Thank you for asking, he is still not able to eat but other than that he's doing his normal round about.
i have an appointment tomorrow with a bird vet.

Good to hear you have an apt. they can sure go down quick when they can't eat or drink. Please let us know what the vet says.
