I had some ducks get chased off and thought they were dead. Found 5 of them at a neighbors pond. Any clue how to catch them and bring them back home?

We’re they trained at all before they ran off? Will they go in a house at night or come for food? If you can’t lure them you may need to resort to scare tactics. I don’t know how big the pond is but with a second person and a rope you can run a line across the water and walk so you are slowly pushing them out one end. Add some flags or balloons on the rope to make it scarier.

They were trained to go in. I did forget a treat I used to give so trying that

If treats/calling them won't work I would get someone to help you herd them. I would get behind them and slowly walk forward with your arms stretched wide. The rope idea is really good to get them out of the water. I've also used long sticks with flags tied on the ends to extend my arms and help with herding feral ducks.

It's great that you found them and they are doing ok from the looks of the picture. I like the rope idea also and the extra help never hurts.

A large fishing Landing net with extendable long handle will help also. Best of luck and please keep us posted, everyone likes a happy ending. :)
