Duck care

just curious if I'm taking care of my ducks correctly they get a daily swim in the pool a walk to the pond everyday when I'm not around or home I keeep them in their duck house. Their duck house is just a little box with a roof. Just not sure how much room they need or if i should let them free range when I'm not home.

They should probably have a secure run attached to their house, shade, and a smaller container or kiddie pool to swim in all day. Plus free access to food.

Yes....Quality of life is essential to their well being...Ducks need room and the proper pens to act and be Ducks..Ducks hate heat and confinement ....

I try not keep them confined started I try to let them out as much as I can recently started trying to leave them out there will I'm inside and they go straight to there duck box. They won't get in the pond or kittie pool unless I'm right there.

Give them time...They need to adjust....
