Duck cloaca stuck?

We noticed that one of the female ducks is kinda sad and contorts unusually. As if she were constantly straining to push something out of her cloaca, but could not. She had something looking like a branch sticking out of her derriere. When gently broken off it seemed to be rock hard dried poop. Looks like whatever remained inside the girl is blocking an egg from coming out too... do we need to do something to remedy this? The coop has a pond where she could soak herself. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm worried about the girl. I'd rather be deemed stupid than lose her.

Looks like a prolapse I believe.
Try working into the hard poop with oil and/or soap, see if you can break it up. Make sure she's eating and drinking well. I would also give her some oil to eat, such as coconut oil. It could help her out in some ways, such as passing poop.
If it is blocking her from laying an egg (it looks like it could be), it needs to be removed asap.
Also keep any exposed tissue that's from the inside, moisturized with a cream, honey, ect. Don't let it dry out.
