I go off of the British standards when looking at color. Your drakes head is considered "pigeon blue" based off of your picture which is a is a double blue dilution gene that appears as a fawn color compared to the regular darker grey blue. https://runnerduck.net/standard-colours.php
As for the Apricot Dusky and porcelain I've primarily only seen it in the European lines back when I had Facebook and was connected to European breeders.
