Duck Documentary!

I've been hoping to make more friends on here and become known around BYC. Hopefully being able to talk to bunches of people of course I also want to show off my cute little Crackers! My pride and joy<3 I'm hoping to post everyday journals of how he/she is doing and being others into helping me raise my first duckling!

Nope! The only way to tell is vent sexing, and I didn't wanna risk hurting mine. They're 4 days and...1 day old, respectively.

Vent sexing? Im waiting until its all grown so I can tell lol. Awe I only have one so its a little lonely but I gave it a teddy though c: I'm here to support you!

Woops! I missed yesterday!!! Well today Crackers is still just as excited to be out of his pen. She'll actually go back inside there now to get his food! Usually she'll just get loud enough until I bring it out

Well today Crackers has been running around in circles and just being a cute little spaz. Also trying to eat everything she can find! Flapping her wings a lot so getting exercise!

Well so far I've had to keep him/her in bed with me because it refuses to sleep in its pin! I've tried mirrors, stuffed animals, and duck sounds. Nothing. So I've had to lay down a towel (no poop on my bed) so she (hopefully) can come lay on my bed with me. No matter what I always wake up and she's in my blankets. I don't want her in there! Poop and might get squished or lost! Anyways... She'll lay everywhere I do and sleep during the day but when I want her to sleep at night with me she refuses! Why won't you sleep!
