Has anyone tried egg cleaners? I tried one and it did nothing really.

I end up scrubbing a lot of each egg, which is a bit laborious.

Since I give mine away, I want them to be pretty clean. Now I just use a dedicated sponge and lukewarm water.

Anyone have any tricks?

Thanks!

I collect mine in a small bucket, let them sit in warm water for 15 minutes or so, take them out, and scrub each egg individually under warm water with a green scrub brush. That works well for me, but I'm sure there are other ways to go about doing that.

That sounds like a good idea, to kinda soften the, well, unpleasant surface stuff. I’ll try that.
