I found out I don't like duck eggs after getting a trio of Cayugas. I know I should have tested before, but I love the ducks so I was going to keep them as pets regardless and just sell the eggs, and give extras to my cats and dog from time to time (boiled). They definitely like them.
People in my area definitely want both eating and hatching duck eggs, so I'm wondering how much each version is going for these days.
Hoping to sell as hatching eggs until the weather turns and it's too cold to hatch in my area (Southwest Washington), then market them as just eating eggs until it warms up again.
Thanks everyone.
