Duck egg dead or alive??

This is my first time incubating duck eggs. One of my eggs was fertile but now has black spots in the air sack and I'm not sure if it's alive anymore. Someone help!?

How far along is it? Can you post a pic? Might help to understand what you're seeing...

If it's not a Muscovy egg, then I'd say that one quit... sorry... at 27 days the air cell should be angled and dipped on one side and there looks to be too much clear space throughout the egg... :/

It is angled to one side. I had to take the picture of it sideways to see the black dot.

The black dot I have no idea about, and I have seen weird things happen to the shells during incubating, so that doesn't worry me too much... but it still doesn't look like the air cell has drawn down like it should have... as long as it doesn't smell, I'd just leave it in for now, but I think it may have quit... do you see any movement at all?
