DUCK EGG EMERGENCY NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!

Hey a friend of mine is hatching a duk right now and he opened it up because it was chirping and took half the shell off but left the duck in he membrane but when he tried to take the membrane off it started to bleed!!!!! We need help RIGHT NOW on how to fix this and opinions on its chances of living!!!!! PLEASE HELP WE DON'T WANT THIS DUCKLING TO DIE!!!

Is only the shell gone? Is all of the membrane still there? If so the membrane probably dried to the ducklings skin/feathers. Get some warm water on your finger (Not alot, and not too hot) and rub it on the membrane. Them put it back in the incubator for a little while, then take it back out and see if it will try to hatch out. Hope this helps! Keep me updated!
