duck egg hatching HELP URGENT!!

First thing.... get the fan turned off asap. Also, I am assuming 32-33 Celcius, which is 91 F? That is too low! Get it up to 99.5-100. You just got them 20 minutes ago? How were they transported from point a to your bator?

My instinct is saying these babies are shrinkwrapped... which will require a lot of work right away to get it hatched out ok.

I can't make out the pip location in that pic. Utah: Can you see it?

If he's still active, I'd leave him be and watch him close. The fact that you have a fan will dry him out faster, so are any of those pips completely through? Like.. .can you see into the egg?

the problem is the incubator i have is a thermo stat so i can turn it up but the fan stays on untill it switches off too cool and car in tub wrapped wih tissue . its churping now constantly.

Ok, read your one post wrong... you got them into your bator one week ago. And you know it has been almost 48 hours since you saw external pip.

With your temps so low, it could be taking a long time. Your humidity (assuming relative, not wet bulb) is good. I can give you directions if you want to check inside egg to see what is going on.

Do you know how to candle it? Also, when opening bator, what is your room humidity? Because if you opened bator in the last 2 days into a dry room, that can also cause shrinkwrap.

Can you see a direction in which the pips are going.... are they moving up towards top of egg or sideways??
