Duck Egg Hatching

Hey everybody, we are at day 11 of hatching a mallard duck.
I've never succeeded in hatching ducks but that WILL change.
I know at a certain time during hatching you take the eggs out??? and spray them with water im not sure.

Any suggestions are welcomed
