Duck egg is on day 31 and still alive!

R I have a cayuga egg that hasn't hatched yet but all my other eggs hatched a day and a half two days ago it is alive I can see movement but this egg was much larger than the rest of them.

Does the egg need help

My kaki Campbell duck eggs still haven't hatched and it's day 27 wat do I do ?and there is no pip.
