Duck Egg Mayo - has anyone figured it out?

Hi! Has anyone mastered duck egg mayo? I've gone through a lot of eggs, trying recipes I found online, but I keep making icky mayo. Blech.

I'm trying to find more ways to eat our eggs - how do you eat yours?

Haven't tried homade mayo, but I make a lot of breakfast burritos using eggs and potatoes, and chorizo. I also eat scrambled egg sandwiches. I even found a recipe for a 13 egg cake. Haven't made that in years. My neighbors are usually not lack eggs during laying season.
