duck egg pip

I have swedish duck eggs im waiting to hatch. One of the eggs has internally pipped. I can hear it chirping and its been tapping really hard and fast on the shell for a couple hours now. I was wondering if that means the shell is too hard to open or should i just waot longer and see what happens. (I do mist the shells every hour to soften them )
