Duck egg pipping at wrong end

I didn't want to go to bed tonight without giving you an update. I feel that you played an extremely important part in this little guys success. We made it through the night and the remaining cord dried up and broke free. I moved him this morning to his own spot and he is now eating and drinking. His legs look like they might be an issue but I hope he'll grow out of it. His wing looks like it wont have any permanent damage. I'll give him a couple days to gain his strength before I place him with the other one. Thanks again for all your assistance.

And congrats, you did a great job!
I wasn't sure what you needed to see on his legs... appears that his joints aren't as strong but he is getting around great. He's not strong or big enough to go in with the other duck do I'm keeping them separated for the time. I leave tomorrow to go see my grandson and my husband will watch over him. Any suggestions on what we can do to help his joints, at his feet, catch up.
