duck egg recipes??

Hey there, I have a couple ducks that are 27 weeks old and laying eggs. i need some recipes with duck eggs because my father refuses to eat a "duck" egg and he said if i make him something super delicious he wouldn't kill off my ducklings because to him they're useless. i know you can use a duck egg to replace chicken eggs but is there a main dish with duck eggs? thanks!

Use them for baking. They are better than chicken eggs for making cakes rise and keeping things moist. Not sure why. I'm not sure of main dishes that are specifically for duck eggs. You could make a cheese souffle maybe or a chocolate one if he's into sweets.
