What are you favorite ways to cook eggs? I’m in the process of raising my little covey of quail and soon I’ll have more eggs than I can eat! I’m looking for creative egg dishes so I / we don’t get tired of the same ones over and over. I’ll start with my go to’s.

Shakshuka is about the only way I can eat an egg not disguised in baking. Yet I have 10 chicks. Gonna be eating a lot of shakshuka.
