Duck Egg to chicken

We're considering making a cake and we have a duck egg, would this be about equal to 2 chicken eggs, or should it just be one egg?

In my kitchen, 1 duck egg = 1 chicken egg.

Sure, they're a lot bigger, but everything baked with duck eggs is so good, there's no way I'm skimping on the eggs!
