X2, my mallard is scared of my other ducks which is why i'm keeping her with my chickens.. who are also bigger than her, she is tiny, VERY tiny for her breed and age so she stays with them, my muscovies are scary to her. So she has been staying with my chickens since I got her, since then she learned some new 'words', she makes a tiny squeaky sound and bobs her head making a really weird sound, I can't describe it.As I see it ducks/ducklings have the ability to imprint. Not only that but the are extremely flock oriented so I would say it stands to reason they would act like what ever birds they are around (to best their ability).
So something as simple as roosting and using a nesting box like the others I’d say yes.
