So my Pekin laid this today is this egg ok?

It should be fine to eat, if that’s what you mean.
Was this one of her first eggs? The color is weird, but not unusual for early layers to lay odd looking eggs.

No they have been laying for a while now but she did just molt if that has anything to do with it

The molt period can cause a change to their eggs when they start back to laying. I would expect them to be more normal looking within a day or two.
