Duck eggs abandoned! HELP!!!!

Today we were in our hot tub and spotted a mama duck sitting on her eggs. My brother wan tree d to take a photo of a duck and scared it away. We have been looking out for a while and no sign of her returning. It’s been 5 hours now and no sign of mama duck any were on the property. Should we take in the ducks eggs? There are 8 duck eggs.

She will be back and if not they weren't developing yet since she wasn't broody and just gathering a clutch.
It's likely illegal for you to bother the eggs either way.
