I was worried that my eggs will go past the hatching date and fail so I added another thermometer in the still air incubator and that reads 36 degrees whilst my brinsea polyhatcher reads 39 degrees…. What do i do?

Is the extra thermometer calibrated? If it isn’t, you can read how to do that online. Or use a mercury (ex. the oral kind for people) thermometer to test your incubator temp.

How do your eggs look when candled?

One has externally pipped the thinner end of the egg though? Is that normal?
It happens sometimes. Since it externally, pipped, it has a good chance of being able to hatch on its own. Sometimes they need help, but just monitor it for now. It might take it longer to hatch because it skipped the internal pip stage
